I don't normally write reviews but I just had to for Floridian Lock & Key. I live in a house in a college town where people are constantly moving in and out so they can be close to school. My house manager realized that too many people had a key to the front door and we wanted to get a rekey for the front door and a passcode deadbolt as well. We looked online because we wanted to do it by ourselves and couldn't find anything at the price we wanted. We ended up calling Floridian Lock & Key, they sent a tech named Daniel. Daniel was the nicest guy. He gave us an estimate before any work was done which was cheaper for the parts and labor than anything we found online that was comparable. After he finished it looked good and worked like a charm. If we ever need anything done again, we will definitely use Floridian Lock & Key.

I needed locks changed on two doors. I phoned Floridian Lock & Key. They were offering a special discount today & the price was $40.00 less than their competitors. The technician arrived within 20 minutes of my call & performed the work perfectly and provided four new keys & lubed both locks. I have also purchased several items in their retail store, including several remote gate openers. The employee was very knowledgeable & helpful. I couldn't be happier

I don't know where to start. The person who came and took care of my unfortunate event was very nice and straight forward. He was very honest and didn't try to steal a penny. He even offered help with straighten up the lock a little bit! I'm very happy with the service. He tried different ways to unlock my door because the base of it was little bit loose, he also gave me different options to open the door but he went for simple and easy and it worked! Very cool and neat old guy!

Called them for services and they took FOREVER. 4 hours after the in initial call and 6 phone calls for status, their driver still hadn’t called us to let us know how long he would be. Ended up canceling and calling someone else, they still wanted to charge a fee.
